Counselor

Hi! I'm Kaye-Loni and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist currently providing mental health services with about 12 years of experience in the mental health field. I am passionate about working with individuals 14+ up, doing couples counseling, and assisting families from all walks of life.​ I love helping families navigate sex therapy, pre-marital counseling, post-divorce counseling, co-parenting, blended families, and foster families. I am also passionate about serving the LGBTQIA+ community, poly/kink communities, and the first responder community. ​ 

Everyone's journey through therapy is not the same and my work will be focused on YOU. No matter where you come from or where you’re going, my goal is to help you feel comfortable and empowered as you achieve your goals. After all, you are the expert on you.​ I will listen and help you discover your strengths, help you in challenging and restructuring your thoughts, and find your balance using solution focused therapy with a person centered approach. ​ I’m glad you’re here and I look forward to working with you!
