About Us
At Tidewater Therapy Collective, we offer comfortable and professional office spaces in a central location along with flexible rental and marketing plans designed to work for you. We strive to support your needs in a way that minimizes your stress and overhead while you focus on building your practice in the way that best suits you and your clients.
How does it work?
Becoming a member of our Collective is more than just writing a check to your landlord. We are clinicians who understand the stresses of building or maintaining your own independent private practice. All of our members receive the following:
Use of our business address and HIPAA compliant mail handling for your business needs with access to our office to pick up your mail and weekly updates as to if you have mail awaiting you
A dedicated website URL on our platform for your business. We work with a website and digital media professional to ensure increased web visibility and to sponsor ads on google and social media. Write for our blog or let us share or boost your upcoming events/groups.
A professional environment with WiFi, print/scan/fax capabilities, weekly office cleaning and on-site parking
Unlimited block or daily office reservations. Block rentals are available from 8 am - 2 pm OR 2:30 pm - 8:30 pm and vary in price from $40-$60/block. Daily rentals are available from 6 am till midnight and vary from $65-$190, depending upon the office.
Community connections and support, including a resource list and 1 free 30-minute consultation about building your practice.
Membership
Virtual Tenant
These members are able to choose a 6-month ($300) or 12-month ($500) membership plan that gives them the most flexibility and blends the benefits of a home office with those of a group practice.
They do not have a designated time or consistent office, but have access to all of the above amenities and to book office space as needed. This plan gives you the most flexibility in your schedule but does not guarantee a consistent office and requires you to book the offices each time.
For example, sign up for membership for 6 months and you will be charged $300 for that 6 month time period. If you use the office for 2 days one month you would be billed $130 (prices vary by office) at the end of that month. You can book 6 hours one month, 5 days the following month and none the next.
Standard Tenant
If you prefer a more consistent time and space, this plan still allows you to tailor it to your specific needs. These members sign a lease for a preset block or day in a specific office for a monthly rate. The membership is included in your rent with no additional fees, and we provide discounts for more than one block or day or a 12 month lease. You also have the ability to book an additional block or day for as you need.
For example, sign a year-long lease for an office on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:30 - 8:30 pm. This means the office is always reserved for you, and you would not have to make bookings - just come in and start seeing clients every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon. You would be charged about $250 every month (prices vary by office).
Convenient Location
We are located in the heart of Virginia Beach, right next to Mount Trashmore. We offer a waiting room connected to a suite of 4 offices of differing sizes, a private restroom for the office space and our secured mailing and common room.
