I’m Anthony Vecchio, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia with over 20 years of experience in mental health. As the founder of Intrepid Change, I believe in helping people unlock their potential to see and create meaningful change in their lives. True transformation takes courage—it requires facing the discomfort and pain that often hold us back, but that’s where growth begins. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space for adults to explore personal growth and healing.

I work with individuals experiencing constant worry, racing thoughts, and difficulty sleeping—often signs of anxiety. Many clients come to me feeling stuck, going through the motions of life without a sense of purpose, bottling up emotions, or feeling lonely and estranged from their spouse or family. I also support those navigating major life transitions, whether it’s a career change, relationship struggles, or adapting to new, overwhelming circumstances.
